Decoys (Tag Kat and Elena + Others)

Vera knelt down outside of the warehouse, her crossbow on her back. There was a broken down van between her and the warehouse. She looked over at Katrina and smirked a bit. She then looked towards Leah. Leah looked around the corner and smiled, knowing the four teens were in the building. "Alright... I'm going to lure her out using Stefan's disguise. Then, she's all yours," Leah said quietly. Vera nodded, then watched as Leah shifted into the other male.

Stefan walked out from behind the van and looked around nervously. "Elena?" He called out unsure. He knew the coast was clear, but he wasn't sure for how long. "Elena? Rosie? Come on you guys, please be okay..."

Elena was walking aimless among the shelves at the warehouse... Rose, Chris and Lizzy were planning the way out from there, but she didn't want to get envolved on the plan.. They were the brains, and her only part on the plan was running without tripping. She was closer to the door, when she heard a very familiar voice... Well, she didn't want to hear him most of the time, but she was glad to hear him that time. Elena peeked her head outside and saw her big brother. ''Steff!'', she chimed, and ran towards him... She hugged him tightly, ''We should come inside, it's not safe outside! Rosie is going to be so happy on seeing you'', she smiled, and started tugging him inside of the warehouse.

Katrina smirked towards Vera, her pet slithering out from her hand.

"Oh for the love that is all..." Elizabeth mumbled, walking through the warehouse looking for Elena. While Rosie and Chris started talking about weapon related things, Liz turned around, foolishly thinking Elena would be sitting there quietly. "After we told her not to venture into the warehouse by herself." Liz huffed, swearing that she would chain the girl down later. Liz squinted when she saw the door open, cussing to herself before running outside. Liz looked around, spotting Elena hugging Stefan.

Liz smiled, liking that she was spotting a familiar face. However, when she started walking over to them, she felt her body start to sense something. She started to sense a different aura and it wasn't coming from Elena. What was she going to do? Telling Elena, while she was pulling whoever that was towards them, that it wasn't Stefan would make things worse. Liz pat the side of her pants and sighed in relief that her parents taught her better.

Liz smiled before heading over to Elena. "Elena, sweetheart, dearest cousin, can we talk for a second?" Liz asked before grabbing Elena's hand and forcefully yanking her away from 'Stefan'. Lizzy pushed Elena behind her before pulling out the knife quickly and pointed it at the boy. "Who are you, stay away. Now!"

Stefan smiled brightly when he saw Elena. He wrapped his arms around her and stroked her head affectionately. "Rose is with you?! Thank god," He sighed and nuzzled his nose to her head. As she started to tug him, he smirked and chuckled. "Geez... You're still so weak," He teased her. He looked up when he heard Elizabeth and gave her a cheerful smile. "Hey, Lizzy!" He grinned brightly towards her.

However, as she stole Elena from his grasp, his smiled dropped and he jumped slightly, seeing her pointing a knife at him. "Woah, Liz! Chill out!" He muttered. But, seeing the look in her eyes, he only smirked. In a moment, he had transformed back into Leah's much more curvy shape. "Smart girl. Too bad it doesn't mean a damn thing," She muttered and snapped her fingers, locking the warehouse doors to prevent Rose and Christian from coming out.

Vera appeared then, her crossbow pointing straight at the girls. "Oh, c'mon Leah... The boy looked fun to fight," She pouted. Leah rolled her eyes. "Kill the brunette one first. She screams too much," Leah waved off the matter and disappeared then. "You heard the orders..." Vera hummed. "Katrina, hold em!" She called over.

Elena turned her head as he teased her, she narrowed her eyes playfully, and stuck her tongue out. ''Oh. I forgot how annoying you are'', she teased, but still held her ahnd tightly around his. ''Lizzy it's Stefan!!'', she chimed, and looked at her older brother, ''What the hell??'', she gasped when Lizzy pulled her away from Stefan, and frowned seeing the younger girl pointing the knife at her brother, ''C'mon Lizzy'', she started to protest, but gasped quietly seeing his brother turning into Leah...

''You, bitch!'', she scoffed, and rolled her eyes. As the warehouse doors were closed, Elena winced, and turned her gaze back, only to find the other girl, with the bow. ''You won't touch Chris...'', she started but paled sligtly as Leah ordered Vera to kill her first. She swallowed hard and held into Lizzy's hand tightly, ''Hide... We need to hide'', she murmured to her younger cousin, and tugged her close as she started to run away from there.

Liz held her breath in and glared at Leah as she shaped back into herself. She held Elena's hand tightly as she heard the warehouse door closed. As Leah ordered the girl with the bow to kill Elena first and she disappeared, she didn't wait to run. Liz grabbed her cousin's wrist and started to run away quickly from the two. However, they didn't get far.

Kuro moved through the air faster than Lizzy and Elena could run. He caught up to them with ease and in a few seconds, split his form and wrapped around both of their waists. Katrina yanked back harshly, the two girls flying straight back into the van. As Kat walked to face the van, Kuro pinned the girls by their wrists, ankles, waists, and necks.

Vera smirked, watching how the girls ran. She looked towards Kat as the girl got the girls back effortless and giggled a bit, watching how they were pinned against the van. She moved to stand beside Katrina and tilted her head. "Hmm... Good job, Kuro," Vera cooed, brushing her hand against the smokey creature.

She walked up to the van, getting into the girls faces. "You know what's nice about my arrows, girls?" she questioned. "They don't miss," she whispered. "Now... Katrina... Would you mind If borrowed some of your venom?" she asked as she walked over to the girl.

Elena ran the faster she could but stopped when she saw the black cloud. She gasped and leaned back, but her effort was useless. She screamed when the thing wrapped her wrists, and she felt her skin colder than never. She gasped again as she was slammed against the van, and screamed, lower than before. As Vera wlaked closer to them, Elena couldn't hide her tears anymore... She was scared, they girl said she was going to kill her, but Elena didn't want to die... Hell, she didn't even know why she was sent to that place, ''Please...'', she sobbed quietly, ''I promisse I won't scream anymore'', she cried and looked with pleading eyes at Vera.

Liz gasped when she hit the van, not comprehending as the smoke started to pin her against the van. Her disfigured vision started to focus once more as she saw Katrina walked over to Vera. She saw another part of the smoke appear in her hand and she squeezed the cloud, a small black vile appearing. Liz briefly looked over at Elena as she started to cry, wanting to make her feel better. She felt tears spring from her eyes but she shook her head quickly. Lizzy fought against the cloud even though it was exponentially stronger than her.

Vera smiled gratefully towards Katrina as she saw the vile. "Thank you," She mused and took the vile. She opened it up and dropped a bit of the venom onto two arrows. She looked over at Elena from under her lashes and pursed her lips. "I..." She shook her head. "Orders are orders," She whispered, despite the girl's words matching her own ten years ago. She aimed her crossbow again and took a steadying breath. She then shot the bow, watching as the arrow embedded itself deep into the girls abdomen. She leaned back and smirked slightly, knowing the girl was pinned to the van now without Kat's cloud doing it for her.

"ELENA!" Christian's voice came out clearly now as he managed to break one of the warehouse's windows and roll out onto the ground. He got up and aimed a gun at Vera. When it went off, Vera was quick to evade it. However, her evasion only led to the bullet going into Elizabeth's leg. "Lizzy!" Rose cried out, following after Christian. "Shit..." Vera cursed. "We can't take them both," she muttered towards Katrina.

Elena held her breath when Vera aimed the bow at her and shook her head. She wasn't ready for it... She was too young, adn then the arrow was in her abdomen. She wasn't ready for the pain, she felt like there was a burning flame irradiating from that arrow. The last thing she could remember was Christian scream, and then it was all black, like she fell into a deep sleep.

As soon as Lizzy looked back at Vera pointing the arrow at Elena, she couldn't hold back the emotions. "P-please! Don't hurt her!!" She begs before gasping as she saw the arrow leave the bow. "Elena!!!" She screams out, a moment after the arrow pierced through her clothes. Lizzy stared wide eyed at Elena, tears in her eyes and her breath shortening. Not once in her life, ever since meeting her cousins, would she imagine a sight like this. She gasped sharply, a small cry leaping out when she felt the bullet hit her leg.

Katrina growled when she saw both Rose and Chris. "Than we don't." She mutters back, retracting Kuro from the two girls. Katrina whirled the black cloud around her and Vera, fogging the in between with black fog.

Vera looked over at Elena, seeing her hanging there by her stomach. She then looked back at Christian, knowing he was beyond pissed now. He came running at them, but Vera was fast. She dodged him. He went straight to Elena and pulled the arrow from her, catching her in his arms. "Baby... Please don't leave me," He whispered near her ear and held her close. Rose hurried over to help, healing Liz's leg and kissing her forehead. Once Liz was okay, she took Elena from Christian and pushed him towards the two girls. She started trying to heal the wound Elena had been given.

"You really want to fight us, pretty boy?" Vera questioned. Christian glared and pointed his gun straight at Vera's forehead. "If she dies, so do you," He muttered darkly.

Lizzy watched as Rose came over, nodding when she healed her leg. She looked over, seeing Katrina smirked and her black cloud shooting back. "Christian! Watch out!" Lizzy yelled quickly, thinking out of instinct when she grabbed the knife she dropped and threw it at Kat. Kat dodged the knife, Kuro dissipating from the distraction. She growled at the youngest, her eyes pulsing white.

In the distraction, Vera's eyes went to Katrina, making sure the knife hadn't hit her. Of course, that was enough time for Christian. He shot, but missed her head. The bullet pierced Vera's shoulder. She cried out and stumbled back. It was the arm holding her crossbow up. Her free hand came up and gripped at the wound as she glared at the boy. He only smirked at her. "Be glad I missed," He muttered. Vera growled and lifted her crossbow, despite her pain. She shot it, the arrow going and piercing Elizabeth in her abdomen. "Be glad I didn't," Vera sneered at him.

Katrina growled heavily at Chris went he shot Vera, her eyes turning white. Kuro pulsated from her veins, threatening to pull Chris from his position and giving Kat the chance to tear his throat off. However, as Vera shot Liz, Kat smirked. She stood straight, her eyes returning to their blue form. "I think you have more things to worry about than us..." She said with a smirk.

Elizabeth watched between both Vera and Chris. She almost yelped in happiness when he managed to shot her but when Vera raised her crossbow, Lizzy worried about her shooting Chris rather than herself. That soon changed when she felt something burning her abdomen and finding herself on the ground, finding it extremely hard to breath. She looked down with wide eyes to see an arrow lodged into her stomach.

Vera giggled a bit, seeing how Christian then turned and went wide-eyed to see Elizabeth pinned to the ground with an arrow. "Fuck, Elizabeth!" he gasped and went to her. He cursed himself and carefully dislodged the arrow. "R-Rosie!" He pleaded. The older girl looked over and blinked a few times before her eyes went wide. "Shit... Come put pressure on this!" She ordered before moving over to Liz. "You're gonna be okay," She whispered to her and stroked her cheek as her other hand worked a few spells to get the blood to stop. She knew there was poison in those arrows, and she knew she couldn't heal that. But, she could make the blood stop too keep her from bleeding out.

Vera looked to Katrina and bit her bottom lip. Her arm holding the crossbow was going numb. "I need to go," She whispered, glancing to her arm.

Elizabeth looked at Chris with wide and tear filled eyes as she tried to fight the poison taking over. She let out a small whimper when he removed the arrow. Once Rosie came over, the tears spilled from Lizzy's cheeks and she could her breath panicking a bit. "R-rosie... I-i'm s-sorry I wa-wasn't carefull." Lizzy whimpers softly.

Katrina looked over at Vera and walked over to her. Her eyes turn white as she wafted her hand close to Vera's shoulder. Kuro slither's out and swirls around her shoulder, slowly healing the wound.

Vera met Katrina's eyes and smiled a bit. She wasn't scared by her white eyes. "Thank you," She murmured. She looked towards Kuro and gently brushed her lips against the cloud as a thank you to him as well.

Rose shook her head. "Shh.... You saved Elena from Leah... That's all that matters," She whispered and kissed her forehead as she succeeded in healing what she could. Christian worked to do the same for Elena, though his healing was no where near as good as Rose's.

Rose then turned her eyes on the two girls. With their defenses down, she shot a spell at Vera. Vera gasped as her head was hit with the force of a rock. Her vision went black and she fell onto Katrina limply. Rose smirked in satisfaction.

Kat nodded towards Vera's Thank you before gasping when she felt Vera fall limp in her arms. She growled and looked at Rosie. "Oh, someone is so strong because she has magical powers." Katrina hummed before placing Vera on the floor gently. "Just because Vera spared their lives, doesn't mean I can't make it excruciatingly divinely painful process for those girls." Katrina whispered as Kuro appeared back in her hand. She squeezed her hand slowly but surely, making both of the girls scream in agony. "And believe me... I'll make sure that they are begging you to pull the trigger to their heads." Katrina smirked before using Kuro to block Rosie's view from her and Vera. The view clears as Rosie can see the black cloud carrying off Katrina and Vera.

Rosie glared at the woman and then gasped, hearing her sister and Elena cry out in pain. "Stop it!" She pleaded then. She narrowed her eyes again as she saw the Katrina and Vera escaping. But, for now, helping Elena and Liz was their best tactic. "C'mon... We can take them there," She pointed towards the safe house. Christian nodded and pulled Elena into his arms. Rose did the same for Liz. They both started running until they were at the safe house.
